  • I have the same problem and just saw that Fitness magazines newest issue has an article on the best sports bras. Some I have never heard of and a lot are reasonable prices. They highlight all types of sizes and needs. Worth checking out to maybe check out some different brands
  • Cilantro- not crazy about the flavor and after I eat it I feel like I have the flu.
  • Healthy choice frozen Greek yogurt. It has a couple different favors and is only 100 calls per container
  • Tuna Muffins ( because you cook them in muffin tins) http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/tuna_muffins.html It's tuna, veggies, egg, and cheese... Very easy to make I make the bigger batch to have some for family dinner and some left over. I also tweak it a little (amount of cheese) so that each 'muffin' is 110 calories
