I went to Penn State for my freshman year but transferred because it was too big. However, I still love it and completely understand how you feel about talking about the scandal. And, oddly enough, I now go to school in Greenville. I go to Furman : )

I go to Furman University, usually referred to as FU here. It's a small, private Liberal Arts college in South Carolina. It's called "the Harvard of the South" because of it's academics but it consistently ranks on lists of prettiest campuses in the country/world so needless to say, it's a love/hate relationship.

That's beautiful. Congratulations!

Also, drink unsweetened almond milk. Very little sugar. Use stevia or truvia for an alternative sweetener.
-
Look for Fage 0% Total greek yogurt. If you only do half of a serving it's only a few grams of sugar. I add between 1/4-1/2 cup of raspberries and blackberries, with some almond slivers and it's an amazing low sugar breakfast.

This is a fantastic topic. I'm so glad someone brought it up. Even though we hear guys say that they like curves and confidence, it's hard to keep that in mind when most of the images of women we see in the media on a daily basis are wicked thin- and I'm not talking about normal people but people that are spotlighted as…

Here here. Great job on the positive outlook and the weight loss. As long as you feel good/healthy, that's what's most important.

Y'all should check out a book called "The Belly Fat Cure". He recommends only eating 15 grams of sugar a day. I'm not sure if that really is the best level or not but it's helped my diet and I feel so much better after cutting out most of the sugar I used to eat. He has a ton of low sugar/carb recipes and tells you what…

You were originally above me so I had something typed out but by the time I posted, it was someone different. You look super foxy with your red hair so I'd give you a perfect 10 : )
-
The bow tie has to mean bonus points so that would make you...absolutely adorable. Great choice on the bow tie.
-
I'd say a 10. I know he's not above me but I'd have to give iTIm an 8. He'd be a 9 or 10 normally but he quotes himself...who does that? : )
-
Something I've picked up is called The Belly Fat Cure. He recommends only eating 15 grams of sugar (I struggle with this) and 6 servings of carbs. 1 serving is 4-20 carbs. 2 servings is 21-40 carbs and 3 servings is 41-60 carbs. He doesn't want you to go above 3 carb servings per meal. I've noticed my stomach did get…

Step away from the freezer! You did an amazing thing rescuing that cat. So you paid a little too much for it...the cat is on its way to recovery and that's what's really important. Don't let stress or guilt lead you to make an unhealthy decision. Go for a walk or run outside. I know I always feel better after doing that or…

You can definitely see a difference. You look great! Keep up what you're doing and you'll be doing underwear shots in no time : )

This is exactly how I feel. I'm in the same boat. I'm 20 years old and I have about 20 pounds to lose...I'd love to be friends with y'all : )
-
I would love to lose 15-20 pounds and I want more friends who are in the same boat. When you "only" have 20 pounds to lose, it's really challenging. I need all the support I can get : ) We all do.

There are really great sugar-free chocolate candies out there. When I'm craving chocolate, they always hit the spot. Esp. during Tom's visit. Just don't eat too many of them or they'll make your stomach not feel well. Stick within the serving size and you'll be great.
-
Pretty sure it's not just you.

I'm 5'2". SW was 155, CW is 146, and my GW is 125-130. I want to go back to a size 4 pant (haven't been there since high school) but I don't want to lose my curves. I have a rather large chest and surprisingly enough- none of it has disappeared with my weight loss. I would love to be friends with all of you petite ladies.…

I'm totally stealing this snack- I love eating pickles and I love eating turkey lunchmeat with just mustard. I can't wait to combine them!
-
My picture is from high school and the weight I want to get back to : ) I had gone ice skating with friends.
-
I'm going to be a junior in college next year. It's really hard being healthy and being a college student at the same time but I think that we all can do it. I'd love to be friends with y'all. All I can say is, thank God for MFP.
-
Congratulations! Those were amazing NSVs. Keep up the amazing work : )
-
I love seeing what people eat too, I get some great ideas from their diaries. Also, looking at before and after pics keeps me motivated- if everyone else can do it- so can I! MFP is all about creepin', I think. You're not alone : )
-
Oh my God, I love Coheed and Cambria and Jimmy Eat World! I also like a little Luda (Get Back), Jay Z/Linkin Park collaborations (99 Problems is a good one), and a few Sean Paul songs like Temperature and Culo .
-
My curves and natural waist : )
-
I think that's pretty close to trying to only lose 10-21 pounds...those are really hard to lose. I'll friend you : ) You've done so well so far, I'm sure you'll be able to get the rest off.
-
I don't have any kids and I can barely do it. I'm am in awe of both of you, lol.

Avocado is where it's at : )
