I use to have an issue with this also..it may sound a little wierd but hey it's what I did. I use to run in the cemetery ..there usually isn't many people there (well alive atleast) ...after a while I just didn't care anymore what people thought and started running around my neighboorhood.

i think it depends on the instructor on how advanced it is...I do three diff zumba classes at my gym and all three instructors are very different in style and difficulty...have fun you'll do fine ..just keep moving

Save your money...I personally did it and lost 30lbs have not gained any back BUT... why not do it the right way because eventually to maintain you're gonna have to eat right...

ugh..sometimes I feel the sameway..lost 0.6...really 0.6 I did three spin classes this week and yeah..was really good with my counts it's so frustrating.

1200 is the very minimum you are suppose to eat...your body is not being fueled properly if you eat under that amount. 1200 is already a deficit.

You've got this, I fell off a while back and just recently regained my focus, you can do this, every day it's going to be a power struggle within yourself but you can do it.

I love spin..I do it atleast once a week if not twice ..my quad muscles are more defined , they look leaner and I see some improvements on my midsection but mainly my legs.

8 pounds is great...if you figure you're losing 2 pounds a week, it may be a little difficult to lose any more than that in a week especially if you're already eating almost the bare minimum of calories..it will come..you're doing great

Ya know...I was just thinking about the samething yesturday...I just have a fear of them withering away with weight loss lol...implants I probably would'nt get them but if you feel comfortable and you have the money to do it then go for it if it makes u feel better.

Scientifically vitamins like the B complex vitamins and vitamin C are water soluble meaning if your body reaches its limit you simply pee them out.
