  • I too find that eating healthier is more expensive, in my house we cater to a vegetarian diet, a nut allergy, a gluten free diet, a soy intolerance and a couple of teenage carnivores though so that could add to the costs somewhat!! Extra lean meats/ organic foods are so much more costly than their fatty/ genetically…
  • Poached egg (1min in microwave) with black pepper on caraway rye bread and glass of fresh fruit juice. It's hard to argue about not hahaving time for breakfast when it takes a min to make :)
  • Never tried Britney, think my kids would disown me if they heard her dulcet tones blasting out of the treadmill speakers, never say never tho lol i'll keep you posted :wink:

  • I log all of Jillian's DVDs in the 'Cardio-create my own exercise section', anm using a hrm though so my calorie burn is worked out for me. Before i got my hrm i logged them under circuit training :)
  • I use a podcast, has music on it to set pace and you get told when to change from run to walk. I think the guys name is Robert Ulyrees (?) Wil keep running in background or can be paused while using Fone and it's free :)
  • I've noticed when using my treadmill that walking on an incline greatly increases the number of calories burned, so if there's any hills nearby use them!
