Anorexic is a strong word to use when someone does not have an eating disorder.

Think of vacation as an opportunity to take a break from your other commitments to focus a little more on exercise! Just wake up a little early and go on a jog along the beach. Then at night, invite your family and go on a walk :)

I'm 5'2 and haven't been counting for awhile but I would guess that I eat 1800 a day and workout 6/7 days a week with 30-60 min cardio each day so I usually net btw 1200-1600 calories. Anyways, I maintain around 112-116 here. However, when I was 106 last year and maintaining btw 106-108 I was counting and would eat btw…

Arctic Zero--150 calories for the WHOLE PINT!

GET RID OF THEM! hahah thank god i did that too bc i put on about 10 lbs over the winter and realized my spring clothes weren't fitting right...but those were my only option. So now, I have 2-4 lbs left to lose to get back to my "spring/summer clothes weight"

Here are my favorite combos: -banana + SF maple syrup -banana + truvia + peanut butter puff cereal -banana + truvia + cocoa nibs -shredded coconut + truvia + pineapple (pina colada!) -any berry -truvia + any cereal I definitely think if the fruit isn't that sweet that you are adding, it needs some extra sweetness, so I…

I'm 5'2 and my weight has been everywhere from 106 (last Sept) to 148 (Sept '09). Now I'm around 114. I look best around 106-108 but can easier maintain around 108-112. For me, maintaining less than 108 is nearly impossible and I get SOO bony. When I weighed 106, I was battling an ED and literally was cold ALL THE TIME and…

intuitive eat!! listen to your body's hunger cues this week. It was just my birthday weekend and I ate cupcakes, cake, icecream and not to mention a lot of sugary drinks and alcohol (it was my 21st) and I still lost a lb! I just stopped eating the dessert when I was satisfied. Also, always have an apple or other healthy…

im all about protein at breakfast. i always have greek yogurt (usually fage 0%) and a small banana with a sprinkle of cereal (today my cereal was GF chocolate and peanut butter puffs--yum!)

i avoid it. or buy it already preportioned "to go packets" so you dont go overboard. you could also try pb2

I'm 5'2 and around 115. I got to 104-106 last summer down from 148 and the last 10 lbs where ridiculously hard to lose. I ended up training for a marathon and eating low cal except on long run days. I'm trying to get to 110 the healthy way by eating 1200 cals/day but it is SOOOO HARD. I honestly just want to restrict to…

I have the same problem but I found when I ate more protein and ate more calories it helped a lot! GOod luck!

I went from a DD to a B when i lost 30 lbs. However, when I get down to my running weight which is about 10 lbs lighter, I pretty much become flat chested.

I ran a marathon in October and gained weight (only 4 lbs--105->109). I trained from July to October and didn't weigh myself at all because I didn't want to worry about my weight while training. I ate ALL THE TIME because I was so hungry from the tough workouts--probably 2500 cals/day. I definitely think you can lose…

I agree. Definitely add some nut butters. Also, try eating every 3 hours, even if you aren't hungry between meals grab a protein bar or some peanut butter and a banana. Cliff bars are calorie dense and would probably be good to eat in between meals!

I checked out a few days of your diary and I wouldn't eat back any of your exercise calories. When I am losing weight, I rarely eat back my exercise calories and it definitely works! Good luck :)

Thanks for al the input! I think I'm going to keep focusing on eating quality foods (I eat a lot of fruits and veggies), but I'm going to aim to hit 1200 tomorrow! Keep posting opinions though because I love reading them!!! :)

I had the same exact thing happen to me. I lost 42 lbs while my roommates watched last year! Honestly, I don't want to be discouraging but there was nothing I could do about it but make new friends and branch out. You really find out who your true friends are because a few people are and were totally supportive, but I…

It's great for toning, but I've never tried it as a weight loss tool. Since it's only 30 minutes, I would supplement it with 30 mins of cardio before or after! It's a great workout though!

I'm also 5'2! It is pretty much up to you on how much you want to lose. Both 130 and 120 put you in the range for healthy BMI. Also, sometimes if you listen to your body, you'll know when to stop losing. For example, lots of people hit "weight loss plateaus" at a low body weight because that is genetically the lowest body…

I did a huge binge of emotional eating today, but I have been losing weight for about a year now, and the best things that I do is stay busy and keep healthy foods that I like around. I always cut up fruit and veggies and put them in clear tupperware, too and snack on those. Any other advice out be great though :)
