Try Interval training where you go hard for say 6 minutes then get your heart rate back down for 4 minutes. Repeat for 30-60min

I'm on my last 8 and my net calories are at 1620! Eat a little more, my friend - the closer to your goal you are, the closer to maintenance you need to be eating. :)

If you are only eating 1,000 calories a day you are not eating enough and your body will go into starvation mode. It should be a minimum of 1,200 calories but that doesn't take into account your daily exercise. If you are exercising a lot you should eat more. I say play around with your calories and try eating more and hopefully that will kick your metabolism into gear and you will start losing again. Good luck!

1000 is way too little. You body is way smarter than you think, and it's not as simple as "calories in calories out".

    * Set your goal to lose 0.5 lb a week (you only have very little to lose)
    * Eat your exercises calories back
    * Eat more whole food, less processed food
    * Eat lots of vegetable, fruits.
    * Get enough fiber (aim for 25g a day, or something similar), whole grain, etc.
    * Lower sodium (don't need 2500, default setting, if you are not eating 2000 calories)
    * Exercises regularly (lift weights at least 1-2 times a week, and cardio at least 2-3 times a week)
