I looked at your diary and I have to say I can see why you wouldn't be losing much. Way too much processed stuff, way too much junk and way too much sodium. You need to replace those snacks with fruit and veges or healthier alternatives like celery sticks, nuts, etc.0

i looked at your food, and i agree you are intaking way too much sodium..this will cause you to retain fluid. plus its not healthy. i also think you are eating all the wrong foods. listen to lose weight and be fit is an entire life changing thing. you cant 'diet' and expect to lose weight and keep it off. dieting will only get you so far. its a combo of eating healthy and exercising. you say you dont work out much. this is probably your biggest problem. it takes work and motivation.
instead of eating all those 'diet' weight watcher meals and snacks, try eating fresher more home prepared foods. remember things that say 'diet' are usually very high in sodium to make up for the lack of other ingredients to make it taste good. look more at the stuff you buy. check out that nutrition chart on the back. its probably worth it to eat 10 more calories instead of 200 mg more sodium.
and just like anything, your body adapts. so you lost 11 lbs at first, now your body has adapted. its time to start getting off that couch and working out. that'll kick start that weight loss.

I have to agree with Mads... even though you're eating less, you're not putting such great stuff into your body. Also, the "morning&afternoon" title, as well as the amount of calories associated with it, concerns me... you need to make sure to eat throughout the day, not starve yourself and save all of those calories for one big meal. That can irreparably damage your metabolism. Search around online to find some healthier daily meal plans. Part of this lifestyle is all about retraining your body and mind to adjust to a healthier diet (that, ideally, will be a permanent change).
Switching to whole grains and substituting processed snacks with fruits, vegetables and nuts can go a long way. Read ingredient labels maniacally -- if you don't know what something in the ingredient list is, don't eat it!!
If you need some help, feel free to friend/message me and we can talk about healthier alternatives to some of the foods you're eating.0 -
I checked out a few days of your diary and I wouldn't eat back any of your exercise calories. When I am losing weight, I rarely eat back my exercise calories and it definitely works! Good luck0

Agreed on the sodium. Way too much. Minus the last 2 days (12th and 13th) go have a look at mine. I TRY not to go over 1000, but sometimes i get up to 1500.0
