Great job!! I can see a big difference in your arms as well!! Im on day 15 and Ive only lost 1 pound so far. But I have lost inches and I feel stronger! I really dont understand it, but oh well Ill take it! Im set at 1200 cals but I do eat my exercise cals back. Keep it up girl!

Id like to join! Im 5'2.5, currently 138.2 and my goal weight is also 125! I've been struggling to get back on the wagon these last couple of months so hopefully this will get me remotivated. :) Just a suggestion, I think we should have weekly fitness goals such as doing 25 pushups a day or something like that. :)

Sometimes its not about extreme dieting and exercise. Try switching up your routine or raising your calories or both! Its all about trial and error. You need to find out what works for your body. If youre burning crazy amounts of calories right now in a day, try only burning 100-200 in a day. Try it for at least 1-2 weeks…

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water! Water is KEY! At least 8-10 cups a day. If youre not already, try it! I'm speaking from experience and it may only work for me, I cant speak for others but water is my best friend!

Today I weigh in at 136.8. Finally out of the 137s! But lets see how long that lasts. Even tho the scale has been going down the last 3 weeks, I havnt really been working out hard. And Ive been eating more as well, between 1400-1600 cals a day. Ive only been walking and occasionally doing some sit ups, squats and pushups.…

I eat rice about 3-4 times a week and it doesnt effect my weight loss. But I limit myself to 1 cup a day, no more. Sometimes I can only afford to eat 1/2 cup or 2/3. It also depends on how you cook it. If you brown it first, the butter or oil you use adds more calories. And if you add seasonings, it adds tons of sodium!

Last week I only did one day of C25k. :( So Im going to start week 2 all over again today! Its just been sooo cold lately! I have to go jogging in the evenings when my husband gets home from work so he can take care of the kids. Its not that its cold, but its very windy over here! Ok no more excuses! LOL!

I weigh in today at 137.4. Only a .4 loss. I think Im going to lower my cals back down maybe to 1300 instead of 1360. I just feel so deprived when they are at 1200!! What is working for you ladies?
