My dangerous life long food is definitely pizza. Yes, I've driven out in a snow storm and got into a fender bender, all in the name of a pepperoni, mushroom, and extra cheese pizza.........sigh.......Of course, the person that hit me didn't have insurance. That was one expensive pizza!

Pizza hands down.......Always has been. Pizza is like an addictive drug. I'm not at the point where I can have just one slice. Hope to get there...avoidance hasn't worked either........sigh......

Thanks for this post. It's amazing, how I/we can make very specific plans for every other aspect of life except eating/working out. Guilty as charged. Formulating specific/reasonble/measurable goals now.

Yes, I routinely use my HRM. It makes me push harder and I love seeing the calorie burn add up.

I am doing it now - the Traditional Plan. The meals are tasty and portions are much larger than i've experienced with other meal plans. They are also larger than the typical frozen meal. No complaints here.

I also have a Polar FT7. This morning, I burned 583 calories for a 60 minute class. I don't believe that I've logged over 620 calories. But, as my energy increases, I am trying my best to go full force.

I purchased the FT7 a few months ago and now use it regularly. Once programmed, it's easy to use. In fact, I just finished a 40 minute and used the heart rate monitor to calculate my calorie burn. Love it! Oops: a 40 minute walk :)

I plan to track everything goes into my mouth. Whenever I had a bad meal, I didn't really track it, but obviously that's not working for me. And then I had a huge revelation, I had no idea my beloved mai tai's were so caloric! UGH! So, no alcoholic beverages for me during this challenge. I currently work out 3 days a week…
