A mile is a mile. Your time is probably faster due to less impact on your body.

I wear running shoes, and they've been fine before. Not sure why their would be a problem now.

5'1 current weight is 139 with a goal of 125-130. I eat 1510 calories a day. I loss the first 20lbs or so on 1200 calories.

I'm on my second round of it. The first time around I lost 10 inches. This time around my results aren't so great. I'm not losing weight either, so I guess it's time to tweak my diet.

Almost nothing without further education. Look into exercise physiologist. I have a bachelors in exercise science as well.

Try ripped in 30 as well. To me it has more exercises that focus on the waist and obliques.

It's not that hard, tough at times, but nothing you can't get through. Just keep reminding yourself that it's less than 30 minutes.

I lost 25lb in about 21/2months on 1200 cal diet. I kept the weight off even after falling off the dieting/exercise bandwagon.
