Feb 1 - Ripped in 30 Challenge for up to 10 People

First 10 people to reply, with starting weight and Chest, Waist, Hip measurements I will keep track and we can motivate
each other!

I've only ever made it to Level 3 of Ripped in 30 and would love to have some support and challenges between us!

    I started Ripped in 30 yesterday and never made it past level 1. Sad, I know!

    My starting weight in 150.

    I don't have a tape measure, but I wear a size 8 in pants

    Hopefully we can motivate each other. I'm starting day 2 in a couple minutes!

    How's everyone doing??? I have bronchitis so have had to skip 2 days, but am still doing a bit of weight lifting, just no cardio!! 1st week results to be sent for Friday please! :) Hope it's going well!
