Like I said earlier, I think the most important thing is to stop creating a deficit. You're only netting something like 100 calories a day, so you're going to keep losing weight whether you eat chicken or not. However, your diet is not other people's concern. Don't worry about us judging you; we're in charge of ourselves,…

Gah, I totally forgot to weigh in Monday. I was 186.6 that day.

That's what he said.

I like to put half a banana, 1/4 a cup of soy milk, some imitation vanilla, and a drop of peppermint extract in the blender with some ice, blend for thirty seconds on high, then stop it, add a Newman's mint chocolate cookie and blend for a few more seconds on low (but not long enough it goes smooth). It's delicious and…

Hopefully, the meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans and pescetarians can all come together on this one and say, "That's just wrong."

Oh, I'm not the one who mentioned them originally! I just butt into the conversation, lol. VickiMitkins is totally your hero.

There are! I love mine. Just make sure you don't wear them if you hike when it's muddy. One of mine was literally sucked clean off my foot, and I had to pull it out of the mud using a good amount of force. Also, you've gotta be careful about branches and things. But other than that, they're actually super comfortable.

Most doctors have very limited nutritional training to begin with, but yours sounds like a damn idiot. The HCG diet, really? I'd get a new doctor, not a new diet.

I quite liked your cover of Pumped Up Kicks. Good luck.

Eat healthy foods. Move around. Success! Though, honestly: Avoid processed foods and anything with a list of ingredients full of bull**** you can't pronounce. Eat fresh foods often. Don't deny yourself things; eat those things rarely and in moderation. Try not to drink your calories. Make sure you're not just restricting…

Loonette the Clown from The Big Comfy Couch, for the two-year-old I babysit.

You didn't lose nothing: you lost eight pounds. Eight pounds a month is two pounds a week, which experts recommend as the highest you should shoot for when losing weight the healthy way. Don't be impatient. You're doing really well, and you'll get there, but real life isn't The Biggest Loser. If you're devoting a sensible…

I'd like to hit 182 pounds by the end of the month. I'm at 186 now.

Ah, ****. I didn't see this til now and it's way too late, pitch black and raining for a mile and a half walk now. I guess this is my first fail day.

Lol, I knew that would be the quote you were asking about before I even clicked. And no. I don't.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess those girls post those because they were getting random friends requests to begin with, not out of a completely random notion that their *kitten* are just that hot.

A cup of water is 8 fl oz. However, eight cups a day is just a general guideline, and it's actually a misinterpretation. You're meant to have eight cups of water including the water in your food. So if you're eating a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, I think you could probably get away with four cups rather than eight.…

I don't pay any attention to it. I like fruit too much to, I suppose. I dunno, I would say the benefits outweigh the cons with fruit and sugar consumption, but that's just me.

Look, with all due respect, I can't stand the arguments about what humans are "meant" to be. I've heard the exact opposite argument, that if human beings were meant to eat meat we'd have a completely different digestive system. I think it's bollocks either way. Your body will deal with either decision so long as you do it…

Veganism and vegetarianism are fantastic and definitely worth giving a try. If you're looking at health benefits, so are pescetarianism and just plain watching your meat intake. However, if you're sensible about it, you could probably be just as healthy eating meat. It's all a matter of how you do it. Maybe just give it a…

Look, you do realize that if you have days where you're below your calorie goal and days where you're above it, it just about evens out, don't you? It isn't about your daily calories so much as your weekly calories. Your knee-jerk reaction to the phrase "below 1200" is completely uncalled for. And also, nobody on this site…

Usually somewhere from 1000 to 1200, though sometimes as low as 800 or 900, and very occasionally as high as 1400 or 1500. I weigh 187 pounds.

Hey, sorry to bug you again, cml_b, but I'm actually kind of confused by the schedule. Are we meant to do the first three Pygmy days, rest on the fourth day, and then do the advanced exercises for three days and have another rest day? Or am I missing something?

All the sushi in the world. All of it. At once.

I think she's probably asking because Weight Watchers lets you eat fruits and veggies "free" or something like that. Or so I heard, anyway.
-
Heh, thanks!

That sounds terribly unhealthy.
