I weigh every day as well because I know it doesn't bother me and I like to see those changes in my weight over a days time. I use it for additional markers actually. As in, I was pleased not only when I entered onederland but when I stopped tipping into the two hundreds by the end of the day. It's just a personal thing.

You could also be losing inches but not weight due to water retention by your muscles to repair tearing and possibly some slight muscle growth. If your mother commented on something, I'd bet that's what happened. I'd take measurements and not worry about the scale right now.

I think it doesn't matter as long as you factor it in somewhere because the real matter is your weekly deficit. If you have calories left over, put it on today. If you don't, put it on tomorrow and make sure you don't go over then. At the end of the week, that's the same amount of calories.

Lol, the His Dark Materials trilogy are my favorite books aside from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, but I dunno if I'd call them fluffy candy. They're really quite dark for books aimed at younger readers.

Some things aren't for everybody. I didn't like that video either. I think it's more important to do something that you love/like and that you can stick to for a good long time than to push yourself to do something that isn't working for you.

2000 calories is just a general estimate. Your height and weight dictate how many calories you should eat. Do you have MFP set to maintain your weight now?
