Sweets can be a tough one for sure. If you are a candy person consider hard candies as they last much longer are tend to be more satisfying. I'm a sucker for werthers.

This can be pretty normal. If you are eating properly there is an effect known as reverse dieting where your metabolism can actually speed up (check out the videos by bio-layne for more infomation). The result is you can eat more and still lose.

I really like the mapmywalk app, it tracks your distance, pace, and time and even shows you a map of where you've been once you are done.

Not eating the whole day isn't going to help much because you will be starving. My best suggestion is to do what you don't want to. Eat the right foods, only have a little bit of the bad stuff, skip the cookies and chips. Eat only what fits into your calories AFTER you plan healthy food around it.

Welcome! A great tip I can offer is that you should take before pictures and measurements. They will tell a much better story than a scale.

Soda was one of the biggest things for me when I started. (at 240) The chemicals and sugar will make you crave it pretty bad but you can give it up! Try water when you are thristy, and natural fruit juice when you crave a sweet drink. Feel free to add me :)

max, once a month. Since I tend to do 3 month programs, I usually way myself once every 3 months. (before and after) Though I will say, weight doesn't say much. take pictures and measurements instead they tell a much better story!
