Hoping I can find some good insight on here. I found this place through Reddit and I'm hoping its a great way to keep track of everything and a good place for me to start losing weight.

I use to be really skinny and in shape but working 80 hours a week for the past 6 months has had a terrible effect on me and now I'm about 20 or so pounds overweight (180 right now) and I'm trying to get back to 160 and be healthier so my girlfriend can be proud of me.

My main problem is definitely soda so I'm hoping to go cold turkey on that and start eating better and hopefully results will show before I go to the beach here in a month!

I hope everyone who joins today sticks with it and whoever happens to be struggling I hope they bare through it and try to make a better and happier version of themselves. Good luck!

    Soda was one of the biggest things for me when I started. (at 240) The chemicals and sugar will make you crave it pretty bad but you can give it up! Try water when you are thristy, and natural fruit juice when you crave a sweet drink. Feel free to add me :)
