Day 16 here! HIIT 25 was super hard. All those jumps are KILLER!!! But im so happy I finished all the moves...even if I did only jump 2 inches in the air. hahaha. If you are working out more, you need to eat more. Seriously. I had the same problem. I work out HARD for an hour 6 days a week and was on a 1500 cal diet and stopped losing weight after 4 weeks.
