Something is up with him.. most guys would very rarely shoot you down. I'd say 3-5 times a week... sometimes more, rarely less lol... I do feel more comfortable trying even more different things now that I am feeling more confident with myself... that's about the only thing that's changed

You look awesome!!! Truly inspirational!

I totally agree!! Not sure how much you weigh, but the closer you are to your goal weight the hardeR it will become. I started out at 302lbs last May and in the first 6 months I lost 60lbs. I never starved myself (I love food too much to do that lol) and I only ate back exercise calories when I was still hungry. The more…

I started off well over 100 lbs overweight and lost close to 20lbs the first month... lost 60lbs the first 6 months. I treated it as my body was in shock for being so good to it lol. Since then my loss has slowed down, which I expected, but I was very strict about logging all of my food and exercise. This is very doable…

Feel free to add me! I started off at 302lbs in May of last year. Was trying to get to the 100lbs mark by my one year anniversary ( I lost 60lbs the first 6 months but it's slowed down since then...which I expected,) but I am not too upset with myself that I won't meet that goal. This site is an awesome place for some…

I distinctly remember being in high school and thinking that 30 is old... however now that I am 30 I don't think so at all lol.

I started last May at 302... my heaviest that I know of was 309lbs. My first 6 months I lost 60lbs very easily... the loss has slowed down this past few months, but that's my fault for not being as strict on myself as I was to begin with. I'm down to 225lbs now and have plenty to go lol. This is very doable, just set small…

Sounds wonderful!! It would be cheaper for me to make my own rather than get one similar to this at the gym. Thanks for sharing!

I think it is all personal preference, Personally, I feel better since drinking water. I'm not wasting calories on tea, soda, etc...just because I am thirsty. I think water has helped me lose weight and I recommend it to anyone who asks. When people ask what I am doing to lose weight, I always says that I drink A LOT of…

I am at my halfway mark too, I started at 302 and am now 229.. with a goal of 160. I can barely notice some changes, but people comment on it all of the time. It honestly takes me getting out old pics and comparing them to current to see that there is some big differences. Also, pant sizes will drop more the smaller that…

I'm 5'7, started this journey (and MFP) in May. I started at 302 and am now 229. Still have quite a ways to go, but I will get there

I am 5'7", started off at 302 in May and am currently 229. I still have about 69 lbs left to goal.

When I first started, I lost 8lbs the first week. That, ofcourse, was water weight. I didn't lose but 3 more lbs, making it 11lbs the first month. Try to drink more water, be consistant about logging ALL of your food and exercise. It will come off, just keep working on it.

I think it depends on what your starting weight is... the more you weigh the "easier" it is to burn more at a time. Personally, I lost 60 lbs in the first 6 months (I started at 302lbs.) I was using the guidelines MFP set for me and exercising 5-6 days a week. The past 2 months the loss slowed down, but I fully expected…

You look great!! Thanks for the motivation and inspiration!! I started with 142 to lose and am right at half way there. I am hoping to hit the 100lb mark by my one year anniversary in May! If I don't, I want to get as close as possible. You look great! Thanks again for sharing!

I started out with 8 cups a day and not I generally get between 12-16 a day. I still go to the bathroom a lot, but not as much as when I started. I'm not sure if my bladder stretched or what. I know a lot of people who struggle to get in 8 cups a day because of the bathroom problem, many women have bladder issues after…

It took me a very long time to actually notice anything, even though people comment all of the time. My profile picture is one of the first where I actually noticed a good difference lol.
