as soon as it's a bit easier (not necessarily easy) bump it up to 12 lbs. You may be amazed at what you are actually able to lift! Just watch your form--lower weight with good form is much better (and safer) than higher wt if you can't maintain the form. Enjoy the burn!

try this: go to your Photobucket album, and look at the list under the photo you want to post. the last one should start with IMG. copy and paste that link, and once it's pasted change the capital IMG to lower case img and that should do it. If I can figure this out I'm sure you can-you look like a smart girl!

I was thinking about doing Atkins for about a month to break thru this stuck place, then going back to a more reasonable approach. No way I could do it long-term but it would be nice to see a quick loss, for whatever reason. I'm thinking it would be easier to maintain it once I'm there. Agree? Disagree?

Jazz! it's a hybrid of gala and one other, either Braeburn or Fuji, I forget which. My fav! DH prefers Honeycrisp. and plain ol' Red Delicious just don't do it for me anymore--spoiled I guess!
