Rather worring about weight, do you see your body compisition changing. If you are a heavy set guy like me, I went four weeks without loosing a pound on a 1200 calorie diet and going to the gym twice a day burning near 1000 cal or more, but I went from a size 34 to 33 in waist. Then I started loosing about 3 pounds a week…

Try to weigh yourself once a week at the same time. Usually when you wake up or after working out (before drinking water). Everyone fluxuates so dont get frustrated. When I use to weigh myself everyday I would gain five pounds and lose it in the same week.

Actually if you are active you are suppose to cheat once in a while. Most people choose a day during the week and some pick their resting day. I choose to use my vigorous workout day so I stiay under my total calorie count.
