Hi can some one help me? I tried to do this myself but I keep coming up with several answers.....I have to eat in my college campus tonight it was chicken nachos. the ingredients were skinless chicken breast nacho chips and cheese sauce...they made it all together. so i don't know how much of each stuff to enter.... I ate about 15 chips with some shredded chicken which would probably equal 1/4 cup...and the nacho cheese was light but I don't know how much to enter...can someone help please

:glasses: When I cant calculate the food I eat I always give it more calories so I work out harder to make up for it.0

does your schools cafeteria have a website? ours does and usually it lists calories. but I would enter all the ingredients manually.0
