i'm making the (slight) change from atkins to Keto. I took two weeks off (i was super sick) and can feel the difference in my health. I struggle with food choices and keeping things creative! I do believe LCHF is the lifestyle for me. I feel so much better! I would love some friends to share hints and recipes with!

I make salads a lot! mostly with creamy dressings, but be careful of their sodium levels. Recently its been chicken, Mexican cheese with a southwest dressing, or chicken Caesar with bacon. I have been on a kick with this southwest ranch dressing. I have it on a salad with chicken and 1oz of mexican blend shredded cheese. Its a nice change from the regular creamy dressings

Thanks for all of the suggestions! I will have to try the cream cheese pancakes. I really need something to grab and eat in the car on the way to work. Nuts and cheese would make a good breakfast. I need to start thinking out side of the breakfast box and stop eating these bars!

1 cup of coucous and 1 1/3 cups of frozen veggie mix. It's easy to make and different spices and veggies mix things up well. Quinoa would pair well with this meal as well

I use it in place of rice for stir-fry, or its good in a cold salad. It would also be good with some roasted vegetables mixed in with a little EVOO and Balsamic drizzled

I recently went to the movies and took smart food popcorn. its popcorn but high in salt. we also took riesens in, and the amount of chewing involved with these was great to keep snacking down to a minimum. I bet you could take some veggies and dip or make popcorn at home and carry it in. Good luck!
