I'm 30 5"2 SW: 134 CW: 130 GW: 112 But I'd be happy reaching 120. I think I need to concentrate more on trying to tone up rather than losing a lot of weight, but I definitely could do with dropping 10 pounds at least.

Just completed day 3 of level 1. I managed to do the workout without any breaks today so I feel hopeful that I'm going to improve.
