I was so exhausted yesterday, that I can't recall if I did my 45 or not. So I did yesterday's 45 and today's 50 today! I think I will start using weights!

I am really sored from my bootcamp class but still pushed myself n did my 30s for today. I was unable to really go down as I usually do because of the soreness. But I am not giving up....:ohwell:

I am in if its not too late. I did 3 sets of 10 with a 20lb dumbell on each arm, plus I did 30 more with a 25 one so I think that puts me up to date with the challenge... my booty will hate me butvwill love me at the end of this challenge. :laugh:

Hi, I have done P90x n Insanity but for some reason I cant seemed to pass 6 weeks. Insanity is my fav, P90x seemed easy next to Insanity. I would love to start Insanity again and may need some support to push me thru, can I join?

Britney, Mines are big and I hate them too. Squats and Spinning are helping shrink and tone them. I still have work to do but its working! So dont give up. :happy:

hmm, the DIrty girl? i never heard of that one....my obstacles challenge one is also a mud run and fire, walls, hills.....yeah i am crazy. But you are right, another reason to get into shape...that is the reason I signed up. Good Luck on your runs!
