I think I need to get on this plan since I'm currently at 2200 calories and I tend to burn around 1200 calories per workout but I never replace those burned I stick to only eating the initial 2200 and I'm stuck at a frustrating plateau.

My protein intake is between 170-200 g a day. I've done down to 1700 calories and up to 2600 calories. I tried calorie cycling and went down 6 lbs but then it stopped working and been going up to 311lbs and back down to 307lbs depending on the day.

I was stuck on a plateau for over 2 months and I tried everything but not until I discovered and tried calorie cycling did I break through it, then weight started to just melt off again. Have you tried that?
