  • Awesome job!! I felt the same way! I'm in the middle of Week 7 now, and at the end of each session, I'm always like "I CANT BELIEVE I JUST DID THAT WITHOUT STOPPING!!" High five! :)
  • I'm a big believer of the idea that once you reach your goal weight, ditch the scale and start using a tape measurer instead! You will be able to tell if you've actually gotten bigger, as opposed to hormonal changes! Just write down all of your measurements and keep track of them each week or every two weeks! Hope that…
  • Dude, water will drop your weight like CRAZY! That's what happened to me! I started drinking more water and BAM 5 lbs out the door! And I notice on days that I dont drink much water, I'm bloated and weight more! Drinking water helps prevent your body from HOLDING ON to water (i know that sounds weird lol). Also--- you're…

  • I'm doing C25k as well (Week 7 Day 2), and can I first say, congrats on making it through your first week!!! It's no easy thing, especially when you've never run a day in your life (just like me lol). And upon saying that, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with doing that first week over and over until you can do it…
