  • You can get an aerobic benefit from "weight training". Long steady pace cardio (think treadmill or elliptical for 60 min boooooooo) actually burns muscle not fat AND the caloric burn stops the second you stop. Weight training you continue to burn.   • I have not heard of the Ripped videos but your best bet for high fat burning is any sessions that include a cardio/strenth mix. The biggest problem is people tend to over do cardio and skim on strength. Muscle is what helps to burn more calories daily even after exercise ends. So hit some light weights!:bigsmile:
