The Blair Witch Project is a movie that I won't be watching again. Really good movie with a really eriee ending. The last scene gave me nightmares for a few days.

The only reason I can think of is the GF/SO made me do it. Not a good look at all.
-
I look at myself in the mirror and compare what I see to what I want to see. Then I grab the bag and go workout. Usually works.

HRM. MFP is usually lower than my HRM by a decent margin, the excpetion being when my boot camp class does a strength training day.

500 calories is about 700-900 too low depending on your body type and current weight.

This sounds pretty interesting. I'll have to give it a shot.

It sounds like a lacing issue. I'd loosen the laces at the bottom because it sounds like it's a shade too tight there.

5 and a half to 7 hours on a weekday (usually around 6) and usually 7 on the weekends. Much more than 7 hours and I wind up fighting a migrane all day.
-
Not really but the type of person I'd look for isn't looking for me so I'm stuck.

I am trying to become a reformed hoarder as I have been going through my townhouse and trying to get it cleaned out. My new rule is that if I haven't even looked at it in a year, it's gone.

Weekends are harder but I try to stay busy and end up out of the house for most of the weekend. I also find that I am more mindful of what I eat when I am eating out, which seems strange but it seems to work that way.

I have a cheat meal every two weeks or so (and I still try to log it) just to keep myself sane. I usually try to make it lunch, so I can adjust dinner accordingly and maybe try to burn some of it off.

If she's with someone else, it's over. And if it's over then no flowers, candy or anything else. Just say bye bye and find a new valentine.

If I weighted myself every day, I'd go nuts with the day to day changes. My official weigh in day is first thing Saturday morning but I'll weigh in unofficially at least once a week.

Good for you. I ran my first one last November and I am thinking about running one around the same time you are. Just remember that you are not racing everyone around you and save some speed for the last half mile, when you will really need it.

I should wear the second one to boot camp class. Our instructor loves them. I hated burpees in high school and I hate them now and I like burpee push ups even less. But I still do them.

Guys may have issues using that system....

I have my own little system. I leave the garage door unlocked and use the remote keypad to get into the garage to get into the house. I was carrying my phone in my hand but I'm going to get an armband once I start going outside again.

$0 for me. My company recently built a real nice fitness center in the basement of the office so I workout there during the week. My development also has a fitness center included in my monthly dues. I probably spend $50-60 a month on supplements. That may drop once I get in shape.

Metroid, Castlevania, Super Mario Brothers were all among my favorite games growing up. I still love to play Galga and Pac Man now.

Age isn't that big of a deal to me as long it's a good fit personality wise.

Feel free to send me an invite. Always looking for new friends.

Seeing your progress on MFP, I'll side with you instead of the know it all :)

I'd like to run at least 3 5k's this and try a 10K towards the end of the year.

I use the one from RunDouble which does a nice job. It uses the GPS in the phone to track your route and gives you your pace at the end of each segment. The only downsides to it is a gives you a bogus calorie reading since it doesn't work with a heart rate monitor and it isn't available for IPhones, just Android phones.
