I started last week too :) I replace the cardio session by turbofire classes as I love Charlene! I also play competitive badminton so it's a mixture but I will try and do 4x strength training. feel free to add me :)) good luck everyone..

Hey! I am starting Turbofire as well in 2 weeks after my hols! :) I did it for a week last week and it was tricky. I have no cordination either but the moves are easy its just fast. There is a "new to class" option where she goes through the moves :) You can do this! x

I dont "count" the natural sugars as much as the added sugars... I try to avoid added sugars and processed food at all times.. its about making the right choices.. yes 10 pieces of fruit is alot of sugar but picking a fruit salad over junk food is the HEALTHIER thing to do in the long run... also 1200 cals is quite low.. i…
