  • I just finished eating a snack and will be heading to bed shortly,I had the calories left over.... So,I figured why not?
  • Did Stage 1 Workout 4A today. I upped my squat weight to 60 lbs with my barbell. I did 20 and 22.5 dumb bells, For the seated I did a barbell bent over row with 52 lbs Push ups are improving a bit...but still have to do girly ones.

  • I have a Tabata workout called Amy Dixons' Breathless Body. It's about 50 minutes long and kicks my butt! But I love it! I am drenched with sweat after I'm done.   • Girl,you're not too old. I'm doing the New Rules of Lifting For Women and loads of high impact cardio. It's just a number,it's all how you feel! I'm 44 too!:wink: Just listen to your body,as another member stated...you could always try low impact.

  • I agree with the others,try increasing your calories, Adding strength training and mixing up your cardio workouts will help.

  • Thanks for replying it makes me feel better.:smile: Sidesteal has been helping me set up my macros and 1800 is what he suggested for me. I'm going to wait another week or two and jump on the scale,just to see where I am. Somedays,I wouldn't mind eating about 2,000 cals/day.Maybe someday I will...

  • Everyone is doing so awesome! I'm going to head out this afternoon and see if I can pick up a barbell and some plates....hopefully I can find a good deal.   • Well I did workout 1B today and it felt so great! I got my new Bowflex weights yesterday...so I was excited to try them out! I think I went a bit too heavy on the shoulders for the first time,so I had to rest part way through. But still....it was AWESOME! What a freakin rush!!!!!!

  • Sorry to butt in...but, HRM are not meant to wear all day,only when you are working out. You're better off to buy a Body Bugg or BodyMedia Fit.
