This way sounds more simpler... I just need to wrap my head around that "I need to eat MORE" and stop being such a chicken *kitten* about gaining weight. I agree with what the others are saying...EAT MORE! You are not eating enough. In all the time that I've been on MFP...I have never ever eaten that low. Look at my weightless ticker...and I've lost weight eating enough food to fuel my body. It's ok to have a cheat day,but good lord girl,ya gotta eat more on a regular…

Thanks! So,from what I'm reading....I don't necessarily have to eat only the 1207,I can eat more if I'm hungry. I can tell you right now,1200 isn't going to cut it. I'd be starving! lol!

Have you ladies tried Quest Protein Bars? http://blog.questproteinbar.com/all-natural-quest-bars-now-available/ They just came out with this new all natural line. I've been eating the Chocolate Brownie protein bar,prior to this. They are really good!

I agree eat more protein and up those calories to no less than 1200 calories a day. You are eating way too little... Food is not your enemy...you need it to fuel your body. Eat healthy foods and drink your water...

Go to free dieting.com and do the "Fat Loss" Not the Extreme Fat Loss. You should not be eating below 1200....at all. I'm assuming that's where you may of got your daily calorie amounts from?

Don't give up,it took me awhile to get the moves as well. Keep doing the "New to class" workout,until you feel comfortable. You'll get there!:wink:

I am too. Sunday,I'm going to switch my deficit to 1/2lb and then slowly work my way up to maintaining. I eventually want to eat about 2000 calories a day. I'm hoping I'll lose the last 3 lbs that I want to.
