Ditch the Herbalife and try eating real food. You can't keep the Herbalife up forever. What happens when you stop? You'll probably gain the weight you lost, back. You're better off just eating real food and count your calories...it's better for you in the long run.:smile:

Some ways you can break your plateau: -Increase your calories -Change up your workout routine and add weights! -Zig-zag your calories. Here's a link to a site that I've been using: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm It helped me break my plateau. -Drink your water!:wink:

Good morning ladies! I started doing the calorie zig zag thing last Monday and decided to weigh in anyways,just to see if I had lost. I weighed in at 128.2 lbs! Greek yogurt has a thicker consistency to it and is higher in protein than regular yogurt. I buy mostly the plain 0% fat greek yogurt and mix fruit into it or Jello fat free vanilla pudding powder.

I've been doing Amy Dixons' Breathless Body,which is a Tabata workout. She has an exercise called donkey kicks,where you're down on the floor as if you're going to do mountain climbers...but instead you kick your feet up....and kick your butt so to speak. Those are killer!:
