Shock Absorber Level 4 Max support bra is good. So is Freya (That's what I wear). Under Armour Endure sports bra, offers very good support as well..

I was wondering this as well. What about Vanilla Almond Milk? Just putting it out there.... I use Stevia and Hazelnut Coffee Mate liquid..:embarassed: Yeah,I know....the Hazelnut creamer already has sugar in it. I'm like you,I like my coffee sweetened.

Try and not to get discouraged, you'll get there! Remember to eat back your exercise calories....you want your Net calories to be at 1200 or above. Sending you a FR...

I have Ripped in 30 and I'm pretty sweaty after doing that workout...I burned about 180 calories doing that workout alone. I usually pair it up with my elliptical. I have Ripped in 30...but haven't done that one in awhile. I have Banish Fat,Boost Metabolism which is circuit training cardio...that one has me dripping with…

I have this workout and use my HRM while doing the workout... I burn on average 350 calories/per workout. I get a really good workout out of it. I log it as circuit training...

Have you thought about having a protein shake with unsweetened almond milk and fruit for breakfast? Breakfast is such an important part of your day...

Yes,I use 20lbs for lower body only. Maybe I could try 10lb weight to start with? Just wanting to change up my routine a bit......maybe I'll go back to ChaLEAN Extreme later and do another round.

Good morning ladies! I kinda fell off the wagon on Friday night and gave in to temptation, but got back on track on Saturday. I worked my butt off all week doing my workouts and did my best to drink my water. I did up my calorie goal a bit. I found out my BMR was a bit low on this site,so I looked it up on this one:…

Great advice! I just discovered that my sodium intake is way over. I am going to do,just as you said and pay more attention to what I consume per day. I know we all need sodium, just not as much as I was consuming.

I try to plan my meals ahead of time,if possible. I eat 5-6 small meals a day and lots of water. I also try and eat every 3 hours or so,to keep my metabolism going. Try and include some sort of protein with each meal... My favourite is plain greek yogurt,a bit of agave and a scoop of protein powder. Try not to get…

Congrats on your amazing accomplishment!:flowerforyou:

I couldn't agree more. I'm a firm believer in 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Skipping meals doesn't do your body any good. Great post!

Congrats!

There is some, but you can do the low impact version of the workout also. There is a girl that you can follow,to show you.

Bump! Sounds yummy!

I like ChaLEAN Extreme,I'm just finishing my second round of it. I just did Ripped in 30...I like that also. Both are good workouts...

Have you tried brown rice protein shakes? I don't get any bloating at all.

Woo Hoooo! You look great!

I prefer digital as well. I find it's easier to read.

Your weight can for sure fluctuate,I know mine does when it's getting close to that time of the month or if I eat something with too much sodium. Try not to worry, hang in there!
