I had an iPhone,switched to an android...should have known better. Now,I want an iPhone again. My android is giving me grief,so I wait for the iPhone 5 to come out. I just don't like my android and thinking back I really didn't have problem with my iPhone.

May I ask you why it doesn't work for you? How long did your body to adjust to upping your calories? Are you weighing and measuring your food accurately? When I upped my calories,I was told to give it 2-3 weeks because I may see temporary water weight gain. It takes a bit for your body to adjust to the increase in calories.

Started Stage 4 last night. The only thing that sucked for me is that when I upped my weights for doing the Step ups...my left hand got tired and had a hard time holding onto the dumbbell. I'll try again on Friday with the higher weight. Other than that,it went pretty good! Welcome to the new ladies!:smile:

I have a BMF core without the display. I thought about getting the display,but decided not to. I just plug my BMF into my laptop as well. I love being able to see how many calories I burn a day. Great investment!

Hi Ladies! I'll be starting Stage 4 this week. Not sure if I'll start the 26th or 28th yet. I've been fighting a chest cold...so I guess I'll just see how I'm feeling tomorrow. I'll be lurking around this thread for the next few weeks!:smile:

I've done WW Online and I actually prefer MFP. It's the only thing that has worked for me.:) Maybe you need to give MFP more time?

I weigh 125 lbs and I am 5ft 4 inches tall. I eat 1800-1900 calories/day. I try to eat as close as I can to 1900 on lifting days. I eat about 1700 calories on my rest day...which is Sunday.

Carrie, I can understand how you feel,I'm not loving Stage 2 as much I liked Stage 1..... I was thinking about buying the book Starting Strength?? Or maybe just I'll just tough it out with Stage 2,hoping that Stage 3 will be better? I'm having a tough time the Front squat,push/press.:frown:

My legs are still sore after yesterdays Stage 2B workout,I'm thinking I might skip the cardio tomorrow after I do workout A in Stage 2. It took me forever to get through the workout. I work all weekend,so I won't be on as much...

I did my first workout in this stage and I loved except for those frigging push/press thingys. They kicked my butt!!!:ohwell: I'm excited to do 2B on Wednesday! Bring it on!!
