My goal is to gain a few pounds and some muscle mass. Finishing up P90x and Insansity and should finish right about Christmas. I will then do P90x again. I've done Turbo Fire, P90x, insanity, JM DVDs, Brazil Butt Lift, and Bob Harper's set.

Give it some time, you are only 2 weeks into the program and your body is still adjusting to you lifting and doing a new workout. Just make sure you are eating enough and are pushing hard through the last few reps to get the most out of every workout. Drink extra water to try and help flush out any excess retention you…

I have done a little of both. Depending on what I am in the mood for I might make/order it as is and just have a smaller portion or I might alter it slightly to make it healthier but still get the fix that I am looking for. Everything in moderation!

It is an amazing workout. Just modify the moves (as indicated) if you cannot complete them. This workout works your entire body.

They are two completely different programs. Insanity is all cardio based while P90x is strength training with a little bit of cardio. Depends on your goals, but I would do a hybrid of the two of them.

I work full time, am taking a class for work and have two children who are very active in competative dance and baseball so I am running at least two nights a week for them. Every other weekend we have my step-daughter and that is an hour drive one way. I get up around 4am to do my workouts as otherwise they wouldn't get…

Depends on the day....either belly or thighs

I would speak to your OB about this. There are many options out there beside a tubal and give you the same protection against having a child. I just had a nexplanan inserted and it lasts three years but still gives me all the protection and benefits of taking birth control without having to take a pill everyday.

Cathe's workouts are great, so is Bob Harper's set

Turkey with gravy Mashed Potatoes Wild Rice with cranberries and mushrooms Green bean casserole Pheasant with peppers and tomatoes Bread Pumpkin Pie Wine I won't eat most of it, but it all is so YUMMY!
-
I only do at home workouts besides lifting. I have done Insanity, P90X and turbo Fire multiple times with great results every time. Insanity does get easier after the first few workouts!

If you have a spouse, what do they think of you wearing it all the time? That is the only thing holding me back right now from purchasing it.

"I don't have the support", "No one will workout with me", "we always eat out" Love them all!

I have OCD, so probably. Possibly not on the weekends but otherwise yes
-
I use it just like I would oatmeal or rice. I cook a big batch and then separate it out for the week.

My weight can fluctuate by 5 pounds per week depending on my diet. Yours looks heavily processed and you probably are not eating enough. Increase water intake and protein.

I second the NROL4W
-
I love NROLFW also. I would either do that with Insanity or the Hyrbrid. Remember that all the exercise in the world can't erase a bad diet. It is amazing the results I can get from any program when I really buckle down and eat with the 80/20 rule in mind.

You can use any type of kiss (I like dark chocolate personally), or rolos, mini peanut butter cups, etc. When you put your kisses in, put them point side down and they stack better  Enjoy! Ingredients 48 KISSES 1/2 cupshortening 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter 1/3 cupgranulated sugar 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1…

Peanut Butter Blossoms I just made them for my husband last night in hopes that I won't have to make them for Christmas and have one less thing in the house to be tempted by!
-
Apparently we are the only two who have to make this transition
-
I've done the program twice now and absolutely love it! I've seen amazing results.
-
You did awesome and I'm so happy for you. With all that you went through and the injury you rocked it and should be extremely proud of yourself!
-
I did my first yesterday and I did it in 1:47! Awesome job and has to feel great.
-
As long as you are doing something it won't matter if you do this particular workout everyday. It is a great cardio/muscle endurance workout.
-
Going to have to try some of these!
-
Perfect!

Mine is set off by processed foods, sugar, some dairy product (ice cream in particular), wheat products, carrots and potatoes. My suggestion is to keep a food log and document when you feel bad so you can try to determine a pattern. My allergist had me go vegan/wheat free for awhile to see if that helped and it did…
