try to eat before the wokrout @least 30 minutes and nothin dairy and if you begin to feel lik this get some pineapple juice or orange juice and have a glass...this always helps me

so your just saying dont go by the 6 day workout, just go day by day with the calendar...there only 2 days a week that i cant workout...that Monday and Wednesday because i have school till 10;20

yes the ticker is right...im only trying to drop 17 more pounds because i only want to get down to 185 and then lean down...i always want o be a big guy but a big guy that is ripped...and i will start to look at my sodium...i am always under my sodium amount and way over on my protein because of the protein bars and shakes…

I weighed 285 pounds wheni was was 17 and in 3 months I dropped down to 198. then gained weight because of football and went up to 225 and im backdown around 200. Always need motivation and food tips. Im 20 right now
