Multiple Cs....I was naturally thin and got rid of it after each baby, but the weight gain in my 40s brought it right back! It's harder to get rid of this time, but it is definitely shrinking.

Lotions dry me out horribly. On the other hand, a soak in salt water daily will make my skin sooo nice and soft. My body is one that adjusts to the demands. If the "oil" (lotion) comes from an external source, my skin refuses to produce its own oil. If I'm drying my skin w/salt water, my oil production steps right up.

Charting weight and measurements would be a good idea. Rose essential oil - just one drop, diluted in water and spritzed on. I am horribly allergic to perfumes, but the real deal is very delicate and doesn't offend my skin or my lungs. And the scent is heavenly!
