the 'little' looser

hi all. i have 10lbs to loose and was wondering would anyone want to join me starting monday (june 25th) to shove thos last dreded 10lbs. ive been trying to get rid of them for AGES and its just not shifting!!!

im 5ft 8 and 163 pounds am a female from south west wales UK,

whos with me????

    I am! Me, me, me! I am just beginning my last 10 home stretch. Honestly, I'm not sure if that's the weight I really want to be at because there is a "look" I'm going for and I'll know it when I get there. I just know that another 10 pounds from where I am now will get me pretty darn close.

    I'm 5'6" and currently 135 pounds from Georgia, USA. I strength train 4-5 times a week and go for walks with my baby girl almost every day. My vice is that I hate cardio but with walking alone I've lowered my resting heart rate from the 110s to the high 60s/low 70s.

    I'm 5'2.5" and have been in the healthy range but still wanting to lose another 10 for MONTHS. I switched to zig zagging my calories a few weeks back, gained a pound after two weeks, then lost it after 2-3 weeks more, and here I sit again at this plateau. I'm almost done with a group challenge and definitely need to stay in one, so I'm with you!
