Does anyone know the easiest way to email these food journals? My trainers require we turn them in once a week. Would it be better to just send them daily? I was hoping there would be an easy way.

I'm 100% with you on the looking in the mirror thing. I'm a 25 yr. old domestic engineer (I swear that's what they call it here) I am at about 170 and would like to go to about 130. I'm way too short to weigh this much. My hubby is also in the army. That lifestyle really doesn't help

I do an hour workout everyday with a fitness group I joined. Would it help or hurt my body if I did another workout in the gym and maybe a video also the same day. That would be about 3 workouts a day would this be okay. I'm not seeing the progress I want and I feel like I can do more. Would this be okay????? Anyone?

Hello From Okinawa Japan. I am new to this site and am still getting the hang of it. I am in an Extreme Fitness Challenge and am required to do a food journal. Any advice or tips will be welcome. Because I'm overseas I will be on at weird times. Sorry.
