Some restaurants might have fruit in the back they can bring you. If I don't see any side of fruit on the menu but I know it's on the kids menu I'll ask them to bring me the portion and if they have to charge an adult price to go ahead. It's worth more to me to eat something healthy instead of eating all of the happy hour…

They did a segment on the Today show this morning about it. I think the model is absolutely beautiful! I wish more magazines would have normal sized models...and no, size 12 is not plus sized! We live in such a crazy world!

I started to read the ingredients of some of the things that I was buying and it was kind of scarey! I am starting to eat more natural ingredients and steering clear of anything with high fruitose corn syrup, but I'm not totally converted...I love my oreos and mcdonalds, lol.

I like to have a Kashi crunchy bar about an hour before I go work out. It's the only thing I've found that keeps me from raiding the fridge when I get home and they taste yummy!

If your work dosen't mind you should take a short walk...I try to take a little one every morning and afternoon for a few minutes to clear my head and get some blood moving! I know a lot of work places won't let you do that but maybe you could walk around the office, organize some files, tidy things up...something to get…

rum and diet coke or if you're a vodka person maybe vodka and diet sprite...which might be hard to get at a bar. Miller 64 is a good beer choice. I typically just order a diet coke when I go to the bar...I guess I'm boring!

I grew up on margarine. At reastaurants I love plain old butter on a piece of bread but at home I use I can't believe it's not butter light. It works great in my mac and cheese and cuts down on some calories!

The only yoga DVD I have is the Biggest Loser weight loss yoga. It kicked my butt!! They have a beginner workout that will work up a sweat and seems like it would work for beginners. You might want to check it out :)

I've heard a lot about these noodles. Can you use them in place of regular pasta for things like spaghetti or are there certain recipies you should use them for?

If I don't eat enough before I work out I will feel sick. Have you tried eating a protein bar before you work out? I recommend Kashi Go Lean Crunchy bars...they are the only thing that keeps me going during my workout and well after. It could also be from eating something heavy before you work out? I hope you figure it out…
