God morning everyone!
Just curious what everyone is eating for evening snacks..... I am always trying to fill in calories at the end of the day and find that I am really not in the mood to eat a night snack ( especially after cardio workouts) but I need to get the calories in.
So what are your evening snack ideas????

I don't, cause I don't have anything to make chocolate milk.0 -
Light cottage cheese - especially with pineapple (gives it a tinge of natural sweetness)0

I have really gotten into eating hummus on either whole wheat crackers or pita bread. Roasted red pepper kind is my favorite!0
