How many calories for breakfast/lunch?
My profile says I should be eating 1200 calories a day (more than that usually because I go to the gym after work and burn about 300 calories on the elliptical). How many calories should I be eating for breakfast and lunch?

How long does it take to show weight loss/gain
This may be a dumb question, but how long does it take to show if you gained weight from whatever you ate over the course of a few days.
