Hi! I started Zepbound 2.5mg on Feb 7th. 10lbs down so far. Food noise is gone and I am using fitness pal to track macros, calories and exercise. I am 55 , been in Menopause for close to 10years and boy is it hard to take off the weight. Zepbound has given me more energy which I love!!

Thanks !! With a little determination, you can do anything!! Keep at it!! I don't intend on stopping now!! I'm going to keep running, keep MFP to keep me on track and just continue to love my life!! I've come a long way to just throw it all away now! Good luck to you all and never think you can't do it...you can!!

I weigh myself almost everyday. Sometimes I skip if I'm really feeling yucky. If the weight loss sticks over a couple of days, I count it. Weighing myself every day got me frustrated when I fluctuated when I first started.
