  I echo these sentiments. You don't want to? Then don't. Nobody cares. I'll continue eating back my exercise calories and I'll continue losing, thanks!

I love Sunwarrior Vanilla rice protein.

From what I read on these boards 1200 calories doesn't work for a lot of people. I never ate as low as 1200 I started out eating 1500 calories per day and am now eating 1640 and still steadily losing. I've lost 20 pounds since October 15th so I'm pretty happy with that! How tall are you? I'm 5'5. If you're around my height…

I do about 60 minutes a day 5 - 6 times per week.

Yep I take 2000 iu of D3 per day. It has changed my life I feel like a normal, healthy human again! Was feeling like total crap before realizing my D was low...

double yep.

1500 calories is a good number, and I don't think it is low enough to push your body into starvation mode. It sounds like you have just hit a bit of a plateau. There are a LOT of threads on here about how to get through plateaus, just run a search

SAME! sidenote: i cannot believe i just read this entire thread.

I know how you feel...I am about 13 pounds from my goal and I still do not like the way I look naked. I look good in clothing now, but when I look at myself nude, I still have all of the same wobbly bits and cellulite, I am just a smaller version of that. That being said, instead of letting it get me down, I'm now going to…

This is the face photo that I saw after a family function where I really realized that I was overweight and needed to change: 168 pounds This is my face now...well actually about 5 pounds heavier than I am now: 153 pounds

The psyllium choking hazard thing is only a risk if you are trying to swallow gobs of the stuff without any water. I used to mix it into a glass of water and it does swell and thicken...you just add more liquid and it's fine. It's not really a concern when added as an ingredient to a food.

That was my first thought too - she must be quite tall!! OP: You look amazing and I agree nowhere near 246 pounds!!

Those things are addictive but EXPENSIVE in the calorie department! After a while you'll start to get a knack for knowing what is worth spending your calories on and what is not.

Yes, this is really good advice. Especially with snacks, I always log it before I eat it. I like to see how much my afternoon snack is going to cost me and cut in to what I can have for dinner.

Me too - Amy's is the only frozen meals I will buy. I like the teriyaki tofu bowl.

Even if she did think it was weird..sometimes it's fun to know that you weirded someone out and got 'em thinking. And you give her a story to tell: "some chick high fived me at the gym today!" I personally would love it if I got a high five at the gym. Or anywhere really...

I always love it when someone posts a thread asking for help and then cops major attitude with anyone who replies with advice. Usually advice they don't want to hear.

Rice flour and rice milk would be ok.

Oh yeah! I am personally so relieved that the socializing is over so that I can get back on track! Hard to eat at a deficit when there is so much wine involved

Yuup I'll be there on January 2nd. I've had my membership for over a year but haven't been using the gym for the past few months, I've been working out at home. But I really want to start using the gym during my lunch hour at work so I will start doing that tomorrow.

Nothing yet, but it will be my usual chocolate Vega shake

THIS! It annoys me that people are always "warning" that being a vegetarian is extremely difficult. It is not! I mean, I was never one of those people who ate meat at every meal or even every day so perhaps I don't understand what the huge adjustment is, but seriously people...it's not that hard. Eat healthy whole foods…

Regardless of how much of the article is true, I eat butter for one reason - Ingredient list: Cream. I always, always, always go for the shortest cleanest ingredient list possible whenever I can.

Some people are afraid to push themselves to their maximum...myself included. I have this weird fear of becoming sick, or worse, faint at the gym, especially in front of people so I tend to dial it back a bit at the gym. :ohwell: I'm working on it and as I get to know my thresholds better I'm more comfortable with pushing…
