im thinking 3 or 4 mile runs during the week maybe 3-4 times a week then one long run on the weekend along with some cross training. I hope to train up to 9 miles and just let the last mile kick in during the race!

I wonder if i can return Turbo Jam... (I've done insanity for 17 days and i can handle that.. its just i hurt my ankle then knee) i should just continue with day 17 today.

Well i ordered turbo jam to try it out.... then i realized there was turbo fire.. maybe i should of ordered that.. I'm stuck at day 17 insanity because i hurt a knee & ankle that got better now im getting over athletes foot from showering and putting the same sneaks on after.. that was dumb..

I do already own nike running shoes but i might have to give aerobic shoes a try.. i'm so unsure

i have some sort of mat but its really flimsey and from jumping on it .. its falling apart

Aerobic shoes would be best but getting fitted would be even more proper right? i cant do insanity barefooted i may need a better mat considering im doing it on a concreate floor with a weather rug on it so the landing isnt exactly the best either.

I should probably check into shoes.. i have a pair of running shoes... not aerobic shoes but havent been using my r unning shoes i've been using my shoes with an uneven bottom its circled off and the edges dont have much support which makes sense to me

Yeah thats true.. i think the day 15 fit test is what messed me up by jumping around so fast!

Last year i was taking kickboxing classes which were great too maybe i should get back into that again.

I havent came up with my workout masterplan.. I used to live on the elyptical & it worked out my whole body and now i cant even stand on there for 5 minutes... a year ago i would last a half an hour like nothing.. All my muscles turned to fat... oh its horrible!

i think the calorie counting this is overwhelming me.. (it never did before) but when i get overwhelmed im a bottomless pit... not sure if that makes sense.. i lost 75lbs a year ago (pregnancy weight)

I'm 5'4 approx 127lbs as of today... i wanna be 120 like i was almost a year ago... that & all my muscle turned into fat :( i have weddings to be in & i dont wanna look like crap!

So i've decided that im gonna work towards a 10k which is a smaller goal (i have jeff galloways 10 k training plan) which is 13 weeks long and i can learn to run 6.2 miles which is half way and if i need to take longer than 13 weeks and push it to 15 weeks that will be okay!

I have done 2 ; 5k's .. .im obviously going to train its a matter of spreading out 13.1 miles in 37 weeks!

I can run 3 miles on a good day
