Yes! Plus, the cotton tshirts hold the sweat more noticeably... not so cute when working out around others. Plus, fun workout clothes help with the overall experience! Keep it up, woman!

I use an iphone app for C25k too. You might want to double check that the weight is correctly set in the program. Mine would say that I burned over 500 calories too, until I realized it was sent in kg units instead of lbs. big difference

I don't eat nuts because I trying to keep my fat intake very low. I eat beans, usually once a day, for protein. I try different types, like red, white, black, chickpeas, lentils, etc. Oh, and I really like edamame. :)

I definitely have found that it is easier to chose healthier options at 'ethnic' restaurants because they have generally more vegetable plates and such. 'American' style or New Orleans resturants have very few 'healthy' options. For example, i went to Texas Roadhouse and even the vegetable aides were cooked with either…
