  • Hi there Im 5 ft 2 and 200+ pounds. I too have used fitness pal before with some sucess and have rejoined this week to try and get me on track. Hopefully we will both find some motivation from here and can keep each other in check.

  • All the portions are for a woman having 2000 calories or just states per 100g but i have no idea how many grams of things im meant to have.   • Yes am in the uk. have digital scales which i always measure my cereal with and measuring cups and spoons which im yet to figure out. Once if figured out how much im meant to be having then i think they will be indisposable.

  • Im 5'2 and my goal is 140lbs from 247pounds. My idea is that i will get to that weight and then see how i feel as theres no knowing what clothes size i will be when i get to that weight. if im happy at that and can fit into the style of clothes that i like at that then ill try to maintain as i will have had a long journey…
