I've been to Howard a few times but the time I went for the Centennial celebration was awesome. I met 2 sorors who crossed Alpha chapter in 72 and 73. They took me on my own personal tour and explained ALL the history.

My chapter always celebrates together on January 15. This year we are going out to dinner together.

I worry about any type of nuts because the calorie count is so high. Is it filling when you can only eat so few?

Yay! I love to stroll. We used to just gather at someone's house and do it to keep up to speed in the off chance that someone would have something were we could stroll. Once they took away stepping it fell off the map though. But now its BACK! So once again its on.

Why do you have to wait until you lose weight to take the pole class. As long as you are under 225 pounds you are good to go. And pole workouts are great for the core!

Easy way - season 1 lb meat with 1/2 package of onion soup mix Long way- add 1 egg, diced peppers ( orange, yellow, red), minced onions, garlic powder, adobe Goya seasoning to 1 lb of meat
