yes i did,, legs today, core training also, cardio this afternoon, im done, back at it tomorrow morning, back and biceps. baskettball in the evening. good luck to you all in reaching your goals

set a reachable goal and dont give up on it. increase your cardio, get a trainer, try interval or circuit training in the gym.. good luck, hit me up if you need some pointers, let me know what it is you are wanting to acheive. wieght loss is obvious, but is it the only goal you have.etc. anyway, good luck...

i eat more like 5-7 times a day, more like snacking every 2 1/2 hours. i try hard to stay right now below 1500 calories a day. im training in the mornings 6days a week and cardio n the evenings after work, so this type of eating is imperative to my hypertrophy training. right now my goal is to basically get shreaded. need…

buy some sort of protien powder,, syntha6, pro complex or something to down after your workout, try iso 100 if your watching your calorie intake, mix em with a gatorade of your choice, or i like to use the no sugar or made with splenda drink flavor powders. feed to muscles with this stuff, it will curve your appetite and…
