  • I just got this DVD the other day, hoping to do it in the mornings as a good way to start my day when it's too early/dark to go out for a walk. Anyone else have good experience with using this? I'm not expecting a killer workout, but maybe a way to tone up? Will try it this afternoon!

  • Just started Day 1, Level 1 tonight. Felt that it was such a good workout, especially in the strength portions (strength is usually harder for me.) I've heard such good things about this DVD, can't wait to see what happens at the end of the 30 days!
  • I usually love a good, dark, lovely beer but when it comes to watching calories, I opt for Mich Ultra.
