Has anyone done Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown? What did you think of the workout? What kind of results did you see?

I have the dvd and have done it a few times...it's a GREAT workout! I didn't do it enough to see results, but I do it every now and then when I can't get to the gym!

I have the DVD but I've only done it once so far and only level 1. It was very challenging for me, I need to keep working on my balance. LOL. It seemed like a good workout, classic yoga with some extra movement thrown in to try and get your HR up a little. I enjoyed it but I've been doing other Jillian DVDs that give me a higher calorie burn for time spent. I might burn more calories at that one if I were better at it. LOL. But I liked it. Great poses for your thighs (mine were SCREAMING) and wonderful for the arms and back too IMO. Plus you have to engage your abs on a lot of the movements.

I really like it. It doesn't work me as much as some of her other dvd's do, but it's nice for a change. I did level 2 yesterday and I definitely felt it all over.

I just got this DVD the other day, hoping to do it in the mornings as a good way to start my day when it's too early/dark to go out for a walk. Anyone else have good experience with using this? I'm not expecting a killer workout, but maybe a way to tone up? Will try it this afternoon!

I have it, but haven't used it. I'm still laughing that she didn't name a bunch of the poses correctly! JM is no yogi! LOL! It's a pretty standard power yoga workout, with lots of repetitions of strength building moves and some balance poses. I think it's a pretty good workout, as I've done similar ones in the past.
